Chelsea braced for star exit, Jose Mourinho eyes bargain Tottenham deal - European rumours

United target Sancho

Manchester United, according to the Mirror, believe they are in pole position to secure a deal for Borussia Dortmund winger Jadon Sancho in January.

The 19-year-old, who has been linked with a host of clubs from around Europe in previous months, has been at the centre of discipline problems in recent months and is now believed to on the brink of forcing move away from the German giants in a few weeks time.

Sancho has netted seven times, and assisted eight more, in 12 league appearances, and isn’t the only player Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is targeting in January.

Chelsea star eyes Barcelona return

Pedro is hoping for a return to Barcelona with his Chelsea contract set to expire at the end of the season.

The winger has spent five years at the Stamford Bridge club, but is hopeful of a return to his hometown side where he previously spent nine seasons after graduating from the club’s famed La Masia academy.

“Everyone knows what I feel for the club and it’s evident that it’s a possibility to go back,” Pedro told Cadena Ser Catalunya."It's a club I have a special love for because I support them.

Jose Mourinho eyes bargain deal

Jose Mourinho finally looks set to get his hands on James Rodriguez, with Spanish TV channel El Chiringuito, via Calciomercato, listing his side as the major suitors for the 28-year-old.

According to the report, Rodriguez could move to London for as little as €40m in the upcoming window, with the Spanish giants hopefully of offloading their forward who hasn’t featured for Los Blancos since October 22.

Napoli have also been mentioned as suitors for Rodriguez after almost signing him in the summer, but reports in Spain believe it is Tottenham who look the most likely destination for the Colombian.
