Chelsea have received a boost in their quest to finish the season and secure a top four place.
The government has confirmed that plans to resume professional football in June have progressed, with Culture Secretary Oliver Dowden holding talks with the Football Association, Premier League and English Football League on Thursday.
Whilst action could be about to resume off the pitch, the Blues are still busy behind the scenes, with constant speculation of who could join in the summer.
Borussia Dortmund winger Jadon Sancho and Napoli forward Dries Mertens have been linked as attacking reinforcements.
Meanwhile there is also talk of Chelsea doing a swap deal with Juventus for midfielder Miralem Pjanic.
