Chelsea midfielder Ruben Loftus-Cheek appears to have handed Frank Lampard some welcome injury news.
There has been a number of fitness issues for the Blues head coach to deal with this season.
N'Golo Kante has been in and out of the side, Antonio Rudiger suffered a setback on his return against Wolves in September, while Reece James and Callum Hudson-Odoi missed the first month of the campaign.
The good news is that those injury concerns have eased in recent weeks.
Kante is back, Rudiger returned to training ahead of the Champions League trip to Valencia and also took part in a full session ahead of Saturday's clash against West Ham United.
And the good news keeps coming.
Loftus-Cheek who picked up an Achilles injury during an end of season friendly prior to the Europa League final against Arsenal appears to be making good progress in his rehabilitation.
Taking to social media to provide an update on his recovery, the midfielder uploaded a 53-second video clip on Twitter of him doing some ball work inside the club's training facility.
He's also able to balance on his left ankle without any problems.
It remains to be seen when Loftus-Cheek will be available for selection.
"It’s going well!" he recently told Versus when asked about his recovery from injury.
"It’s been a long time and I’ve had a few setbacks as well. It’s never been just a straight path but I’m close now…I’ve been running and moving, I feel I’m right on the edge. I’m close and I can’t wait."
Although, Lampard has warned that a return isn't imminent.
"It is a long road. It is a difficult one for Ruben because he is obviously keen," Lampard said last month. "We all want him back. We know the quality but it is going out be a while.
"I feel for him because people ask probably and the good thing to say might be I am really pushing on.
"It might be next week. It might be next month but I don't think that will quite be the case. I think we need to let Ruben get on with it.
"We are all supporting him here but there's no immediate news."
