Chelsea and England fans will love what Mason Mount did after Euro 2020 win over Denmark

England and Chelsea midfielder Mason Mount was spotted giving his shirt to a young fan after the Three Lions defeated Denmark 2-1 (AET) in the Euro 2020 semi-final.

Mount, 22, played 95 minutes in his nation's famous win under the lights of Wembley stadium.

It's a victory which means that the Three Lions will be competing at their first major tournament final since 1966, when they last won the World Cup.

After falling behind from Mikkel Damsgaard's wonder free-kick goal, England drew level from a Simon Kjaer own goal, and Harry Kane's late winner in extra-time put England through to the final.

As the players were completing their lap of honour to thank the England fans for their support so far in the tournament, an adorable moment was caught on camera by many witnessing at the home of football.

The Chelsea midfielder spotted a young England fan in one of the corners in the ground.

He then brushed past security and hopped the barrier to hand the young fan his match-worn England shirt, with a big smile on his face.

The young girl - whose shirt name read 'Belle 10' on the back - immediately burst into tears as fans surrounding her offered congratulatory pats on the back.

She was one of 60,000 in attendance on Wednesday evening, the largest crowd the UK has seen since the start of the Covid-19 pandemic.

England now face the daunting task of facing Roberto Mancini's scintillating Italy team in the showpiece event on Sunday.

Gareth Southgate's side will have to be at their best to defeat the Italians after they knocked out world number one ranked team Belgium and more recently Spain in the tournament.

The Three Lions will also have to try and win without the majority of the crowd unlike the Denmark clash, with the allocation being 50:50 for both sets of fans.

Mount will be looking to follow on from his classy gesture on Wednesday night by putting in the performance of his lifetime. Just like he did in this year's Champions League final as his Chelsea team beat Manchester City by 1-0 in Porto.

The 22-year-old will also be looking to score his first goal of the tournament, as England's latest golden generation look to make history at the national stadium.
