Chelsea and Arsenal may have been given a huge boost to their transfer hopes before the end of the window next week. That's because, according to the Telegraph, Leicester City must sell two players to be able to make any last-minute signings before the end of deadline day.
The Foxes are yet to get a single deal over the line so far, with the need for a squad refresh laid bare for manager Brendan Rodgers. However, a lack of exits means a lack of arrivals for the East Midlands club, with the squad sat in the bottom three after their opening three fixtures.
There is interest in players within their squad, however it seems to be in their key players rather than their unwanted fringe options at this time. Two of those with plenty of links with an exit are Wesley Fofana and Youri Tielemans.

The former of the two has been subject of multiple bids by Chelsea, who are looking to improve their backline with a move for the 21-year-old. Three bids have been rejected at this stage, however the Blues look unlikely to cool their interest with just under a week left in the window.
It seems as though the Frenchman is keen on a move too, with Rodgers leaving him out of the first-team squad for the previous two matches as well as their trip to Stamford Bridge on Saturday. It's not only him who could leave though, as midfielder Tielemans is also linked with an exit.
The Belgian has just one-year remaining on his contract at the King Power stadium, with Arsenal said to be eyeing a potential switch. football.london understands the Gunners remain interested in Tielemans, however they are willing to wait until 2023 to sign him on a free transfer.
That move could yet be sped up though, with Leicester needing to sell to invest.
