Cheese hedgehog to be given makeover as restaurant launches 80s throwback menu with refined take on classics

An award-winning Ayrshire venue is launching the ultimate throwback menu - for one night only.

The King's Arms' talented chefs are set to transform classic 80s food for the special event this Friday night.

Pot Noodles, crispy pancakes and the legendary Marathon bar will all be given a refined overhaul for the Fenwick pub's five-course set menu.

Even the iconic cheese hedgehog will be given a glamorous makeover at the Sunday Mail pub of the year winner.

Diners can book in for the special event with the event costing £45 per person. However, the pub has limited availability left for the one-off evening.

The night will be finished off with some of the best records of the decade getting dusted off.
