Federal agents charged “Cheer” star Jerry Harris was child pornography production.

First reported by USA Today, the FBI became interested in Harris, who’s a well-known fixture in the cheerleading community and a part of the Netflix’s “docuseries,” after allegations arose in a lawsuit accused him of soliciting sexually explicit photos and sex from minors.

The lawsuit, filed by a mother of two boys, said the boys told agents that Harris sent them sexually explicit photos and videos of himself, and at one point cornered one boy in a bathroom at a cheer competition and begged for oral sex.

A memo later filed by federal agents said Harris “exploited and violated” at least 10 boys, “exhibits all the signs of a serial child predator.” On Oct. 16, 2020, a judge ruled that Harris would remain behind bars while waiting trial.

Harris, 21, is being held at the downtown Metropolitan Correctional Center, prison records show.
