Cheeky squaddies have been leaving tongue-in-cheek reviews about Pontins having been stationed there for mass coronavirus testing.
The soldiers appear to be delighting in staying at the Southport Pontins having spent months in barracks, as 2,000 of them descended on Liverpool.
Hilarious comments include comparing it to 'The Ritz' and a 'palace for the mighty' and revelling in being able to cook their own food without getting in trouble with the officers.
And one sarcastic but affectionate Tripadvisor review joked that it was easy to save money in Pontins as "there is no shop" and the fact that even takeaway couriers struggle to get in shows the "security is excellent".
The Hilarious Tripadvisor reviews were left at Pontins by people claiming to be soldiers staying there during the pandemic, the Liverpool Echo reports.

About 2,000 soldiers have been deployed in Liverpool for a pilot of mass coronavirus testing.
The pilot, which began on November 6, allows everyone who lives and works in Liverpool to get a regular coronavirus test even if they do not have symptoms.
Soldiers in centres across the city are using lateral flow tests, which give results within an hour, and test centres have also been set up at schools and universities.

Throughout their time working on the programme, it is understood that the military personnel are based at Pontins, in Southport.
This has seen a number of TripAdvisor reviews being published about the holiday camp by people claiming to be soldiers.
The Echo contacted the Ministry of Defence for a comment but received no reply.
One reviewer, 'Steven George', called Pontins a 'palace for the mighty' saying: "The site security is excellent, there is no getting through them, not even Deliveroo.
"There is no shop so it's an excellent place to save your money.
"Overall an impressive place to stay. Well done Pontins, you are an ever-shining light during this national emergency."
Another commented: "Pontins motto is fun fun fun, which is something I wish my regiment would consider adopting, what a banging motto."
They also said that after years of living in their barracks, "Pontins was like checking into the Ritz".
The witty reviewer added: "Staying here has afforded some luxuries, such as the ability to cook for myself, as a man in my late twenties with my own house it is something I am not trusted to do within military accommodation.
"I felt mischievous and naughty as I flicked on the kettle and made some tea and toast for a late afternoon snack.
"The staff are friendly, kind and chatty and will always wave as they drive around camp like The Stig of Liverpool in their golf karts."
Another said: "My eyes lit up as the coach pulled into the front gate of the famous resort."
And a third, posting under the name of Chuck Norris, wrote: "This is a top resort, I do not understand why the reviews resemble the bottom third" while rating it five stars.
Another reviewer wrote: "The highlight is the ability to be able to cook scran in my immediate vicinity without being disciplined or the requirement to hide all cooking equipment."
This isn’t the first time the armed forces have been deployed to Merseyside, as they have been helping out with the Government response to the outbreak since the start of the pandemic.
