It’s tough being a festival these days - from TRNSMT and Rouken Glen Park to those slightly further afield, it's easy to feel overwhelmed by choice.
But one festival is proving that marketing campaigns don't always have, ahem, suck.
Piping Live! Glasgow International Piping Festival definitely got our attention after placing a cheeky request asking the world to share stories of their fondest 'pipe memories for a chance to win tickets to see headline acts.
The festival will then print the accounts on its T-shirt merchandise at the event between August 10 and 18.
It’s a risky marketing strategy - but we can't wait to watch the answer roll in.
Don't disappoint us, Glasgow.
