This is the bizarre moment a man was spotted washing his car in the middle of a torrential downpour.
The video shows the hoodie-clad male battling the elements as he rinses his car during the storm at Farnworth Filling Station in Bolton .
He was filmed by Jack Rowson, 29, who couldn't believe his eyes.
He can be heard saying in the video: "Right, check this out, check the weather!
"Flipping, absolute crazy!
"Now check this guy over here, though!
"The guy's washing his car!
"What a flipping member!"
Jack, a rapper called Black Jack, from Wythenshawe, added: "I thought the whole thing was hilarious. I had to get my phone out fast to catch it!
"I thought he was insane, but I didn't stop to talk to him.
"I was too wet and just wanted to get out of there as fast as possible!
"It was freezing and the weather was worse than I've seen in years!
"I wish I'd had a proper look at his face, and asked him why he was bothering!"
The video was filmed at around 4.45pm on December 10.
