Check out this ‘prayer plaque’ hung in a temple in Japan about the Rockets winning the NBA title

The Internet always provides the greatest of things, and this time it is a “prayer plaque” apparently hung in a temple in Japan.

The sign, posted by a user on r/rockets, shows a sign that reads “Houston Rockets 2019 NBA Champs” and under it reads “JH13 MVP.”

There is a date in the top right-hand corner that reads “3.13.2019.”

LET’S MANIFEST THIS THROUGHOUT THE WORLD, Y’ALL.

We really need these good vibes after last night.

The Rockets’ nine-game win streak ended Wednesday night at home to the Golden State Warriors by just two points.

Without Kevin Durant, Golden State relied on the red hot shooting of Klay Thompson and DeMarcus Cousins. Their defense also held the Rockets to shooting just 26 percent from three-point range.

The Rockets dropped to 42-26 and 4th place in the Western Conference finals. Houston has 14 games left to play this season before the playoffs start.

James Harden, the reigning MVP, shrugged off the loss. Golden State has eliminated the Rockets in three of the past four postseasons, including last year’s seven-game Western Conference finals.

“It’s OK,” Harden told reporters post game. “Yeah. Nah, it’s all right, man. We lost. We know we did. Good thing about it is we play again on Friday. It’s one loss.”

Harden is averaging a league-leading 36.0 points per game, adding in an average of 7.5 assists and 6.5 rebounds per game.
