Check out Ravens draft pick Trace McSorley’s highlights at Penn State

The Baltimore Ravens have closed out their selections in the 2019 NFL draft by taking Trace McSorley out of Penn State with the 197th overall pick. It’s an interesting selection given Baltimore already has their franchise passer in Lamar Jackson and re-signed Robert Griffin III to be the backup. The choice of McSorley left fans with plenty of questions immediately after the draft was concluded.

In short, McSorley is an athletic, mobile quarterback. He’ll likely be initially looked at as a gadget player, much like quarterback Taysom Hill was last season for the New Orleans Saints. But given McSorley’s athletic ability and low draft status, he could find his way all over the field.

To get a better idea of what McSorley brings to the Ravens, take a look at his highlights from Penn State last season.
