A brand new hotel has just opened in Hamilton Racecourse... And it's got some stunning views.
Hampton by Hilton Hamilton Park is a 118-room hotel situated in the five-star VisitScotland attraction and the first to adjoin the course in its 90-year history.
It boasts "contemporary, comfortable and functional" rooms with "panoramic views" of the grounds – and a 24-hour bar and fitness centre to boot.
Executive Vice President and President, EMEA, Hilton Simon Vincent said: "Following a £10 million investment, Hampton by Hilton Hamilton Park opens its doors today, joining six existing Hampton by Hilton properties in Scotland.
"We are delighted to offer visitors to Hamilton Park Racecourse a quality accommodation option on-site, becoming the first hotel to adjoin the racecourse in its 90-year history."
Guests can enjoy Hampton’s signature hot breakfast, with free tea and coffee, to gear up for the races – or you can grab a cocktail and sit by the window as you take in the action.
There's also free Wifi and 50-inch flat-screen HDTVs in every room – along with 18 function rooms for business travellers.
