Overlooking the white sands of Surin Beach on Phuket’s sunset coast, Navera Phuket – MGallery Collection is a five-star beachside retreat inspired by the golden age of yachting. Blending contemporary hospitality with Phuket’s classic Sino-Portuguese heritage and the experiential philosophy of Accor’s MGallery Collection, the resort features just 48 suites, villas and penthouses with a minimum size of 100m², many of which offer private pools. Avani+ Lanexang Vientiane Hotel
Avani Hotels & Resorts has opened Avani+ Lanexang Vientiane Hotel, introducing the brand’s premium lifestyle hospitality to the Laos capital. Set on Fa Ngum Road, overlooking Chao Anouvong Park and the Mekong River, the 197-key hotel marks Avani’s second hotel in Laos, following Avani+ Luang Prabang. Guestrooms and suites range from Deluxe Rooms to a Presidential Suite. The hotel is opening in phases, with a curated selection of rooms, dining, leisure and meeting facilities available from launch. Additional venues and services will be introduced progressively in the months ahead. Dining will play a central role with four venues launching in stages. Mekong Mosaic is the all-day dining restaurant; Sabaidee Social will follow in Q3, bringing a Mediterranean-inspired tapas and bar concept; The Pantry will offer a relaxed café and co-working space; and Salongxay, scheduled to open in Q4, will present a refined Thai-Lao dining experience. Wellness facilities are also being introduced in phases with the outdoor swimming pool and fitness facilities already open.

NoMad Hilton Singapore
NoMad Hilton Singapore is set to open late this year, marking the brand’s debut in Asia Pacific. The hotel will embody NoMad’s signature approach to luxury hospitality, featuring three distinctive dining and bar concepts plus a poolside lounge to deliver immersive dining and cocktail experiences across the 19-storey property. NoMad will bring New York-style glamour to Singapore with NoMad Grill, celebrate the city's lesser-known cabaret heritage through The Tropicana Club, and introduce a new soft-serve-meets-cocktail concept with Sticky Fingers. Lú Bar will be an additional poolside location.
The Hari Singapore
Harilela Hotels has set its sights on Singapore as the third home for its acclaimed hotel brand The Hari. The spring 2027 opening will see the Holiday Inn Singapore Orchard City Centre transformed into a luxury 326-bedroom hotel featuring a rooftop pool, executive lounge, dining and wellness experiences, and the brand’s signature revolving rota of artwork. British designer Tara Bernerd will bring her signature approach to The Hari Singapore.

Located in Canggu, the sanctuary features 14 private villas ranging from elegant one-bedroom retreats to a double-story three-bedroom Grand Villa. Waldorf Astoria debuts in Malaysia with a refined, all-suite urban sanctuary late this year. Set within Kuala Lumpur’s prestigious Golden Triangle district, guests can experience the hotel’s 268 all-suite accommodations, ranging from 80m² one-bedroom suites to the 745m² Waldorf Astoria Suite. Located across almost 22 acres between a centuries-old rainforest and the Andaman Sea, the 251-room resort is designed for travellers looking to slow down and reconnect with nature. Just 15 minutes from Van Don International Airport, the hotel offers 481 rooms and suites across 12 categories. Every room is equipped with a kitchenette. The Theodore Hanoi
The Theodo Hanoi envelops guests in an ambience of timeless European elegance Hanoi’s Old Quarter has enchanted the world’s culture seekers for centuries. Positioned on Le Thai To Street and overlooking Hoan Kiem Lake, a symbol of Hanoi since the 13th century, this independent boutique hotel features 95 rooms and suites. Set along the Son River and embraced by the limestone peaks of Phong Nha–Ke Bang Unesco World Heritage Site, home to the world's largest cave system, Auko Eco-Wellness Lodges has opened its doors, as a new expression of regenerative hospitality in Vietnam. Alila Sengokuhara Hakone
Hyatt Hotels announced Alila Sengokuhara Hakone, a luxury retreat rooted in nature, design and wellbeing in one of Japan’s most revered mountain resort destinations. Scheduled to open in 2028 as part of an agreement with Fujita Corporation, the resort will mark the Alila brand’s debut in Japan, bringing the brand’s philosophy of mindful luxury to Sengokuhara, a highland district of Hakone known for its mineral-rich hot springs, open grasslands, forested ridges and enduring sense of calm. The design of Alila Sengokuhara Hakone will be guided by the minimalist architecture by Kengo Kuma and Associates. At the heart will be a wellbeing experience shaped by the onsen. The hotel will feature 60 guestrooms, including 11 suites, each with a private natural hot spring bath. Dining at Alila Sengokuhara Hakone will be shaped by the surrounding land and waters, celebrating locally-sourced ingredients through seasonal menus that draw from nearby fields, forests and seas.
WE Hotel Toya
Dusit International is opening the WE Hotel Toya, Dusit Collection, a serene lakeside retreat in Hokkaido designed by architecture studio Kengo Kuma & Associates. Each guestroom offers approximately 37m² of living space with sweeping views of Lake Tōya. WE Hotel Toya, Dusit Collection marks the first Dusit Collection hotel in Japan and Dusit's third hotel in the country. Located on the shores of Lake Tōya, a scenic caldera lake at the heart of the Toya-Usu Unesco Global Geopark in southwestern Hokkaido, the property features 55 lake-view guestrooms alongside three expansive two-storey villas. Each guestroom offers approximately 37m² of living space and includes a private open-air bath overlooking Lake Tōya. Ezo Cuisine celebrates Hokkaido's rich culinary heritage and highlights local producers through Japanese cuisine. Guests can also discover authentic Thai noodle favourites at The Noodle Bar, while Taru Bar, named after the Japanese word for wooden cask, celebrates Japan's traditions of ageing and craftsmanship through a curated selection of organic Japanese teas from Dusit's tea garden in Kyoto, alongside sake, whisky and craft liqueurs. Hilton will debut LXR Hotels & Resorts in Tokyo with the rebranding of the iconic Hotel Gajoen. The storied property, set to officially launch under LXR Hotels & Resorts by 2027, will combine nearly 100 years of heritage and Japanese artistry with LXR’s personalised, destination-led luxury approach. Located in Meguro, the 60-key hotel will offer spacious suites, five dining concepts, extensive event space, a spa, fitness centre and approximately 5,700m² of meeting and event space.
