Bargain retailer Lidl has revealed its new turkey range ahead of Christmas - and it’s the UK’s cheapest.
The German retailer, which has stores across Liverpool, has announced that its Christmas turkey range will hit shelves on December 19.
Lidl’s turkey range starts from £2.89 per kg, making it the most affordable turkey in the UK this Christmas.
Among the festive birds available are the Birchwood British Whole Turkey, in small, medium or large, starting at £2.89 per kg.
Lidl’s Deluxe Ultimate Heritage Breed Free Range Silver Slate British turkey will also be available, priced at £8.99 per kg.
Lidl also has a range of delicious joints and crowns for those whose gatherings will be slightly smaller than usual this Christmas.
For those looking for turkey alternatives, such as gammon or salmon, Lidl is stocking the Birchwood Maple-Flavoured Gammon Joint with Crackling and the Deluxe Whole Salmon Side.
