Petrol and diesel prices remain high across Merseyside.
It follows the fuel chaos back in September as many petrol stations ran dry, with drivers rushing to fill up their tanks amid the shortage supply of HGV drivers.
In turn this caused long queues on forecourts and station closures.

In November, the RAC reported in a survey 46% of drivers said they were forced to cut other household spending as a result of petrol and diesel prices continuing to rise beyond their current record high levels.
A third of people said they were already driving less because of the high costs at forecourts, according to the RAC survey.
While supplies have since stabilised prices remain high, with many looking for the cheapest places to get unleaded and diesel.
