An Ayrshire pub is serving up what's believed to be the cheapest pint in the UK as it reopens from lockdown.
The Clansman Bar has re-emerged from tough coronavirus restrictions with a special gift to their regulars — a £1.65 pint of Tennent's lager.
The price of the iconic drink has been slashed by half from £3.30 at the Kilmarnock boozer until Friday.
Owners at the bar are reporting unprecedented demand with almost 200 pints of the Scottish beer sold in the first day.
And every seat in the John Finnie Street pub has been sold out as punters clamour for a taste of the discounted pint.
Clansman co-owner Ross Gilmour told Ayrshire Live that he wanted to give back to punters who've had to wait months for a nice cold pint.

The town centre public house also rolled out the red carpet for regulars by hiring bagpiper Alistair Brown to welcome everyone back yesterday.

Ross added: "Although hospitality has suffered harder than any other industry, we also recognised that customers had their regular lifestyles taken away at the same time.
"This was a gift back to them for the reopening of hospitality along with a bagpiper to mark a long-awaited opening day."

The boozer has also launched contactless ordering and a new system where people at home can buy drinks for their pals using an app.
"We’ve had a full house every table since we opened this morning [Monday], and everyone’s had a great time," Ross added.
"The punters are respecting the rules. I think everyone’s just happy to have their local boozers back.
"We’ve introduced contactless table ordering and the 'send yer pal a drink system' which has already been a hit with people buying their mate a pint."
