On the ground floor of the home there is an entrance hall with doors leading into the living room, dining room and kitchen. Both the living room and dining room come with fireplaces and the rooms are of a good size.

Outside the property benefits from a garden at the front and at the rear, which is slightly overgrown and will need to be maintained. The house also has its own garage.

The property is set to be sold via an online auction on Thursday, May 26 and any interested buyers are encouraged to register to bid as soon as possible.

Although its guide price is £20,000, auctioneers McHugh & Co explain: "A guide price is an indication of a seller's minimum expectation at auction.

"This is not necessarily the figure a property will sell for and is subject to change prior to the auction. Guide prices will continually be updated on the McHugh & Co website."
