Liverpool has experienced the fastest growing house prices of any UK city this year.
The city has seen a 10.6 per cent rise in asking prices, which vary greatly across different areas.
But some buyers have still managed to bag themselves a bargain, with the cheapest home sold for as little as £15,000.

Here we take a look at the least expensive homes sold in Liverpool from January to October 2021.
