Martin Lewis has been monitoring fibre broadband prices for four years, and has yet to come across one that is cheaper than Plusnet's current deal.
The money saving expert revealed the top three broadband offers on the market, at the minute, on The Martin Lewis Money Show tonight.
The telecoms provider is offering 10mb for £18.95 a month, including broadband and line rental. They are also offering an incentive where you can claim a £75 prepaid card.

Consumers have until December 1 to take advantage of the cheap price.
Vodafone offers the second cheapest deal at the minute, but the offer will end at midnight tonight.
The deal offers 38mb of fibre broadband for £19.49 per month, or 67mb for £20.49 a month. The pricing includes broadband and phone line.
As well as the amazing prices, there is also an incentive to claim a £130 Amazon, Tesco or M&S voucher.
The third top offer is Virgin's 108mb of fibre for £24 per month but this is broadband only. However, with this you will automatically have a credit of £75 applied to your bill.
None of the deals are available directly from the providers, they are all only available via various comparison websites and dependant on your post code.
