Prices of cheap booze jumped this month as the minimum unit alcohol pricing system kicked in.
Shoppers have been struggling to find cheap booze, with one single can of beer now costing at least €1.70.
Many bargain-hunters have been heading to the North to stock up on their alcohol, but most people will be sticking to their local supermarket.
We went shopping to find out the prices of the cheapest alcohol being sold in Tesco, Dunnes, Supervalu, Lidl and Aldi and to find out where to go for the best value for money on beer.
