The newly added countries include Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Brunei Darussalam, Cambodia, India, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Maldives, Myanmar, Nepal, Pakistan, Philippines, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Timor-Leste, and Vietnam.
However, OpenAI notes that in Cambodia, Laos, and Nepal, ChatGPT Go subscriptions aren’t yet available through the iOS app. Users in these regions can still subscribe via web or Android.
What ChatGPT Go Offers
While including all features in the free version, ChatGPT Go adds:
- More messages, larger file uploads, and expanded image generation
- Access to advanced data analysis tools
- Longer memory, allowing for more personalized and context-aware responses
- Support across web, mobile (iOS & Android), and desktop (macOS & Windows)
Under the hood, Go users benefit from higher quotas, ten times the limits on messages, file uploads, and image generations, as well as access to GPT-5 for improved response quality. Go also unlocks advanced features like custom projects, task workflows, and data analysis capabilities.
