Chaser Paul Sinha congratulates player on 'trapping' boyfriend

The Sinnerman and Chase host Bradley Walsh were quick to comment on a Chase player's plan for any cash she won on today's show.

Beth, 22, from the Isle of Wight, told Bradley that she was a school administrator after working in banking for four years previously.

Beth said her true love was the theatre and pantomime and that she was actually starring as "Princess Primrose" in a panto this week.

Bradley asked her what she wanted to do with any cash she won and she said: "Well he doesn't know this but I'd like to spend it on a wedding for me and my future husband potentially."

Bradley looked shocked and asked her what her boyfriend's name was.

Beth said it was AJ and Bradley said: "AJ, there's some news for you."

Beth went onto score a respectable £4,000 in her cash builder but Bradley said: "If you want to marry AJ you're going to need a few more quid."

The Sinnerman also commented on Beth's plan as she faced him for the head to head.

He said: "Congratulations on going on national TV to trap an unsuspecting boyfriend."

Beth opted to play for the £4,000 she had earned, but sadly she left without anything after being kicked out by Paul.

Bradley commiserated with her and said: "I hope you and AJ are very happy together, that's providing you tell him of course."

*The Chase continues at 5pm on ITV on Monday
