Former Ohio State defensive end Chase Young has his NFL number for the Washington Redskins. The team announced jersey numbers last week, and Young got his request of wearing the No. 99 according to the Redskins’ website
Young wore the No. 2 at Ohio State, but the NFL requires defensive lineman to wear numbers 50 to 79, or 90 to 99. The former Heisman finalist decided to request the largest number of the bunch, and that was fulfilled.
