Chase Claypool wasted precious seconds during Steelers’ final drive with a bizarre first-down celebration

It hasn’t exactly been a great few weeks for Pittsburgh Steelers wideout Chase Claypool.

Head coach Mike Tomlin has joked to reporters about how the receiver wanted more music at practice, a request that was denied.

And on Thursday night, as the Steelers were in the middle of trying to make a furious comeback against the Minnesota Vikings, he made a big mistake, one that took a bunch of precious seconds off the clock after he successfully caught a pass on 4th-and-1 with 38 seconds left.

He held on to the ball, signaled for a first down … and the ball got knocked out of his hands. The Steelers eventually lost 36-28.
