Chart-topping pop star becomes grandmother at 44

  • Shaw, 44, shared her joy on Instagram, posting photos alongside her new grandson, Corey, and Day, stating she was “lost in pure love”.
  • Shaw and Day had a brief romance in 2005 after starring together in a West End production of Summer Holiday.
  • Shaw was a member of the manufactured pop group Hear’Say, which achieved two number one singles and a number one album before splitting in 2002.
  • Her career also includes successful stints in musical theatre, a role in ITV soap Emmerdale, and winning Dancing on Ice in 2012.
