To qualify for Charlotte Tilbury free delivery, orders have to be more than £49 or you must be a silver or rose gold loyalty member. For orders less than this, there is a £2.95 standard delivery fee, which takes two to five working days.
Express delivery is available on orders placed before 10:30pm, taking one to two working days. This is £5.95 or free on all orders above £185, and for rose gold loyalty members.
Returns policy
Charlotte Tilbury's returns policy allows unused or “lightly used” products to be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Your refund should be issued within 14 working days back onto your original payment method.
