Welsh singer Charlotte Church is taking on a different challenge in 2022 - she's launching a TV property show.
Charlotte, who first rose to fame aged 11 in 2005, has brought the former home of Welsh fashion designer Laura Ashley.

She will transform the mansion in mid-Wales in the Elan Valley into a wellness retreat and wedding venue and her renovations on the house will be shown in a new TV series, Charlotte's Dream Build.
When can I watch Charlotte's Dream Build?
Charlotte's Dream Build will air on Discovery's Really channel from Tuesday, January 11, and eight hour-long episodes will show her progress.
What's it about?
In a trailer for the show it was revealed that Charlotte has "spent her life savings" on the house and businesses and talking about the house she said: "It's a complete mess there is so much work to do."
Charlotte is married to musician Johnny Powell and they have a baby daughter called Frida. Charlotte also has two children with her previous partner Welsh rugby player Gavin Henson, Ruby aged 13, and Dexter 12.
In the trailer, Charlotte can be seen carrying baby Frida and working with her adopted dad, Jack, on the renovations.
Talking about the show she said: "I feel so grateful to have been able to buy this house. I’m absolutely obsessed with the woodlands and the outside space.
"It’s such a special place. I’m really curious about the process of developing the wellness retreat and all the upskilling I’ll be learning about building – I hope!"
Recently Charlotte went unrecognised as she sang Christmas carols in Cardiff city centre and she is not the only member of her family embarking on a new business.
Her Mum, Maria Church, opened up a dog hotel earlier this year catering for and looking after small dogs.
