Charlotte Dawson tells 'mum police' to 'bore off' as she feeds her baby boy chips and gravy

Charlotte Dawson has told the 'mum police' to 'bore off' as she fed her baby boy chips and gravy.

The reality star was delighted to see her nine-month-old son taking after his mama by enjoying her favourite meal.

She shared a video of little Noah, who she welcomed with her fiance Matt Sarsfield in January, tucking in.

The support came pouring in for Charlotte, 29, with one fan saying: "Sad a brilliant mum has to write a disclaimer on every post.

"I'd be rightly proud of his good taste, little teddy bear."

Another said: "Mum police need bore off I’ve had four kids an all mine were eating steak, chips etc at 5, 6 months you know your own child an what makes them happy xx."

A third commented: "Proper northern lad bless him."

And another said: "Nothing wrong with this shows he's got a brilliant taste and appetite."

Last month the mother-of-one received a raft of compliments as she shared her health and fitness journey after a diabetes scare.

Charlotte shared a side-by-side before and after video on Instagram of herself performing a workout in the same workout top, saying she was 'a little less chunkeh but always funkeh.'

In June she told how was warned that she was on the verge of developing type two diabetes, a condition that causes the level of sugar in the blood to become too high.

She was diagnosed with gestational diabetes when she was pregnant, a common condition that affects one in 20 pregnant women.

She had believed the condition was just part of her pregnancy and returned to her usual diet including her favourite chips and gravy after giving birth.

Charlotte, whose late comedian father Les Dawson also suffered from the condition, was left 'upset, anxious and scared' when her 70-year-old mum Tracy was also diagnosed earlier this year.

Les, from Collyhurst, died in 1993 when Charlotte was just eight months old.

Charlotte previously revealed she wanted to open her own theme chippy in Manchester or Blackpool in homage to her dad.

She said it would come with glittery gravy, podiums, disco balls, a prosecco bar and a corner dedicated to Les - and the chips would be wrapped in articles about the comic.
