Charlotte Dawson has flaunted her incredible three-stone weight loss in new before and after photos. The reality star has been opening about her fitness journey with her loyal followers and has even launched her own online fitness platform.
She has previously spoken about how she overhauled her lifestyle after a doctor told her to 'clean up her diet'. In October Charlotte, 29, opened up about her new exercise regime after being warned she was in danger of having type two diabetes. The comedy legend Les Dawson was previously diagnosed with gestational diabetes when she was pregnant with her son Noah, a common condition that affects one in 20 pregnant women.
She believed the condition was just part of her pregnancy and returned to her usual diet including her favourite chips and gravy after giving birth in January. But now, after making huge changes, Charlotte has undergone a complete physical transformation.

Taking to Instagram, Charlotte posted side-by-side snaps of herself before and after her weight loss, a year apart, showing her in a white and orange striped bikini prior to her dramatic change to now, showing off her toned figure wearing fitted orange anf grey gym wear.
"My darlings … 2k21 V 2k22!!" she began the caption of the two images to her thousands of followers. "Literally canny believe the difference! My whole life has changed so much in that time. I know I looked like I was in a fab place on the left but honestly a lot of the time I was just styling it out when inside I was feeling like s**** & going through hell.
"My health was really not in a good place at all - mentally or physically but I just couldn’t get motivated to do anything about it." She went on to refer to her health scare, telling fans: "It took that warning from the doctor — telling me I was in the diabetes danger zone — to get my act together and start doing something about it.
"Hey am not saying how I am now is perfect but after starting exercising more and eating better I managed to shift over three stone of timber and turned those bad stats upside down. I finally feel confident & not pretending I am…and I just feel so, so proud of myself." She then went on to promote her Belleh Blaster weight loss plan as she continued: "So if you’re feeling a bit down on yourself, don’t despair, you can deffo do it."
Last weekend she wowed in a zesty orange outfit as she enjoyed a day out with her mum at Haydock Park Races. Mum-of-one Charlotte, wore a bold wide-legged jumpsuit and matching hat for the Betfred Rose Of Lancaster Stakes Ladies Day as she delightedly posed alongside her equally stunning mum Tracy, 71, who also donned a fruity palette of oranges and pinks.
The ladies were in Merseyside with Real Housewives of Cheshire star Seema Malhotra's fashion brand Forever Unique. It came after Charlotte spoke of her pride in Tracy for fighting back after she too had to overhaul her lifestyle following a diabetes scares. Last week Charlotte told how her mum has shrunk from a size 22 to a size 14 to 16.
She wrote on her Instagram: "Appreciation post to my beautiful mama @tracydawsonx always my inspiration... my dad would be so proud of you." She added: "I love the journey we have both been on, together we did it... we fought our diabetes scare and smashed our goals, changed our lifestyles."
Charlotte has been back on top form at the races after she recently opened up about her online trolling ordeal. She was inundated with support after she told about being 'targeted' on social media in an emotional video on Instagram. She broke down in tears as she revealed she's been viciously trolled by someone who anonymously reported her to social services with false claims. The former Ex On The Beach star said she's been 'going through hell' because of one person.
