Charlotte Crosby has been spotted out and about after going under the knife to have her breast implants removed.
The Geordie Shore star - who celebrated turning 29 on Friday - decided to embrace a more natural look after growing tired of her breast implants causing her pain.
Charlotte stepped out for her birthday on Friday, wearing a striking yellow dress after going under the knife - and just a few weeks after enjoying a sunsoaked holiday abroad, before her surgery.
Charlotte explained to fans earlier in the week that she had bid farewell to her boobs after her boyfriend Josh Ritchie shared a throwback photo of himself with Charlotte on a beach together.

The MTV reality star commented on the photo, writing: "The last holiday with them big balloons,” along with a crying-with-laughter emoji.
Charlotte’s breasts have caused her all manner of strife over the years.
She initially went under the knife to get implants after suffering from a condition called symmastia - which the TV star referred to as “uniboob”.

The condition meant Charlotte was without a natural division between her breasts - with the star going under the knife to correct the condition.
However, her implants later caused extreme discomfort - with the star opting to have them removed, the results of which are expected to form some of the content of her reality show.
"Charlotte has been in quite severe pain with her breasts, one in particular,” a source told The Sun.

"She saw a specialist before Brazil and he diagnosed severe inflammation and capsular contracture - which is when the scar tissue around the implant inside the body gets tight and hard,” the source continued.
"This can cause chronic pain and hardness which was what Charlotte was experiencing. As a precaution she has also been referred for breast scans to ensure there is nothing else going on,” they added.
It is believed Charlotte is now recovering from having her fake breasts removed.
