Charlotte Crosby showed off the results of her 2016 nose job as she opened up to fans during a Q&A session.
The former Geordie Shore star, 30, underwent the procedure five years ago, leaving her £4,000 out of pocket at the time.
But Charlotte revealed all during her candid question and answer time on her Instagram Story, saying she has no regrets and she's "so glad I got rid of the hook."
She shared some before snaps prior to having the surgery, as fans quizzed her about the procedure.
The photos showed Charlotte's nose from the side before she had the pricey procedure, alongside shots of her new nose.
"So glad I got rid of the hook," Charlotte wrote with a waving hand emoji.
It comes after an interested fan asked her: "Did you get your nose done abroad or in English [sic] cause I'm getting mine done soon x"
Charlotte responded: "England. By @elitesurgical Dr Hassan he's great."
She has previously said about her old nose to Heat magazine: "My old nose was awful, it was so bad.
"When I watched myself before and I turned to the side I felt sick because my nose looked so awful.
"No-one ever noticed my nose, I never got one comment in my whole entire life saying you've got a bad nose. But I wasn't happy with it, I got it done for me."
The reality star also spilled the beans on her previous enhancements as she talked about her lip filler.
A follower asked: "Do you get the Russian technique on your lips? Is it more painful than regular filler?"
She answered: "My lips retain filler like absolute mad! Which I feel very lucky about! I use @jsmithaesthetics for all my treatments! She's absolutely INSANE queen of lips. She actually always compliments how well my lips stay."
Since appearing on MTV's Geordie Shore for the first time back in 2011, Charlotte has undergone a dramatic transformation.
She previously admitted she is a self-confessed lover of Botox, starting in her early twenties and going on to have eyebrow tattoos so she'd be screen-ready at all times.
Nevertheless, Charlotte looks incredible at the moment and is more radiant than ever.
