Charlotte Crosby's mum, Letitia, erupted with tears of joy the first time she saw baby Alba Jean's face.
In the highly-emotional latest episode of Charlotte in Sunderland - which is available to watch via BBC Three and on the iPlayer - the 32-year-old goes for a 4D baby scan with her beau Jake Ankers, mum and nana Jean.
Speaking on the occasion, Charlotte says: "It's so advanced now. Like, you can physically see the baby's features in 3/4D.
"And I know how much my nana will be blown away by this, because when I showed her my normal scan pictures she was like 'we didn't even get them back in the day'. So what's she gonna think of the 4D visual baby being on the screen?"
The show then cuts away to Charlotte lying back on the medical lounger with Jake by her side, while the nurse performs the normal black and white baby scan - including audio of Alba's heartbeat. The family are full of smiles as Jake says: "It's a good heartbeat that."
Shortly after, the 4D scan pops up on the screen, with the whole family elated to see Alba's face for the first time from inside the womb. Jake jokes: "She's got my lips," sporting a massive grin on his face, before kissing Charlottes shoulder and embracing her.
He continues: "She looks beautiful doesn't she?" with Charlotte swooning: "Aw Jake."
Jake adds: "She does look at her. It's crazy isn't it cause that's like half of me. It's pretty erm..." with Letitia, jumping in: "Overwhelming?"
Letitia then sheds tears of joy after seeing her granddaughter's face, taking in the experience on the whole, with Charlotte saying: "Aw you're crying. My mam's crying."
The show then jumps back to an interview with Charlotte and Jake to camera, with the Sunderland-born celeb saying: "Do you know what's really nice about today? My mam's been having a bit of a low time lately with all her treatments, and having my nana here as well - the four generations all in the room obviously because the baby's here too - like, it's really lifted everyone's spirits and it's nice."
Jake adds: "It's a special family moment isn't it?"
