Charlotte Crosby makes Love Island claims that Jacques was 'kicked out' over unseen moment

Charlotte Crosby has made explosive claims that Jacques O'Neill was 'kicked out' of Love Island over something that viewers didn't get to see on screen.

Hours before Tuesday night's episode was even due to air, news broke from the villa that Jacques had decided to quit, with ITV hastily releasing a statement which said Jacques was the one who made the choice to go. It read: "Jacques has made the decision to leave the Villa. He will explain his reasons to the Islanders during tonight’s episode. We fully support his decision and look forward to seeing what’s next for Jacques."

As soon as the statement was published, Love Island viewers started to speculate on the reason behind Jacques' departure, with many presuming it was down to a potential clash with Adam, after irate scenes were teased at the end of Monday night's show. “Something’s happened that they haven’t shown and he’s done something that they’ve kicked him out for. They’ve just edited it in a clever way and it’s so obvious.”

As other fans of the show rushed to Twitter with their theories on the catalyst for Jacques' exit, others called for people to be mindful of his mental health with one tweeting: "Feel sorry for Jacques and I really hope ITV help him with the appropriate aftercare. His actions were bang out of order, but his mental health is clearly suffering and coming out to see all these nasty tweets will just have such a negative effect on him,
