Charlotte Crosby hits Sunderland for 'last supper' before lockdown and Geordie Shore star joins her

Charlotte Crosby headed out in Sunderland on Wednesday night to enjoy what she dubbed 'the last supper' before England went back into lockdown.

Like many Brits, former Geordie Shore star Charlotte seized a final opportunity to go out with some of her nearest and dearest before strict restrictions came into force overnight on Wednesday.

She was joined by mam Letitia and former co-star and close friend Sophie Kasaei for an al fresco night at The Palm in Sunderland, as the venue enjoyed a busy final day of business before shutting its doors for what is expected to be a month-long lockdown.

The trip enjoyed food and drinks from Liberty Brown at The Palm on its outdoor terrace, with Charlotte documenting it on her Instagram story.

During their night on the town, Charlotte, 30, uploaded a picture of her and Sophie, also 30, to her Insta account and captioned it: "Last supper with my @sophiekasaei_ Outdoor terrace vibes even in this weather I must admit it’s bloody lovely"

And Charlotte's many social media followers were quick to react to the photo, with plenty stunned by Sophie's appearance and even comparing her to a famous pop star.

One exclaimed: "That’s not Sophie in the picture!" and making the comparison, another reacted: "Sophie looks like Christina Aguilera on this."

Another simply reacted: "Absolute babes 10/10"

Earlier on in the day, Charlotte teased her much talked about return to Geordie Shore on her Instagram. Geordie Shore: Charlotte's Story will be the final episode of the MTV's spin-off Their Story, which has also featured appearances from Sophie and other big names from the show including Gaz Beadle and Holly Hagan.

The episode will see Charlotte, who quit the show after five years in 2016, talk about her time on and off the show since finding fame as an original cast member in 2011.

Reacting to the advert for it, Charlotte said: "I've heard a little bit of a rumour that they do sometimes say 'save the best to last' but you know that might not be a true, that might just be a rumour!"
