Charlotte Crosby feeling 'incredible' working out after giving birth to Alba Jean

Charlotte Crosby has revealed that she is feeling 'incredible' and is profoundly 'proud' of herself for continuously exercising since December.

The 32-year-old former Geordie Shore favourite is enjoying a new lease of life, after launching her Blitz N' Burn workout app, and regularly takes to Instagram to share snippets of her exercising from home or at the gym.

And the Sunderland celebrity's efforts are paying off both mentally and physically, with Charlotte saying that she's excited to 'jump on the scales' later this week.

Taking to her official Instagram account - which has 8.4million followers - Charlotte posted a selfie sporting her gym clothing. Accompanying the video, she penned: "I have really really pushed myself! I have got straight back to it!

"I started back with @blitznburn in December! And I have pushed myself through days sometimes with no motivation! I had a wobble mid month feeling I was getting nowhere but the feeling of beating my time on the fitness test and what I'm seeing when I look in the mirror and how I'm feeling mentally is the best feeling ever!!!!

"I'm proud of myself and I'm proud of everyone else over on my app! I have not weighed myself test but let me tell you I'm excited to jump on the scales now that I've completed the challenge! Regardless of what they say I'm feeling incredible but I'll update you all once I've been on them! I'm weighing on Wednesday morning!!!!!!"

Back in December, Charlotte highlighted how she was 'over the moon' with her exercise progress just months after giving birth to her daughter, Alba Jean. She started off with light 10 to 20 minute exercise workouts combined with small family walks, while slowly but surely allowing her body to recover from childbirth.

In December, she wrote: "Listen, I'm not breaking my back exercising. I'm literally doing like 15 to 20 minutes a day and the rest of my activity is running around after this little gorgeous cherub. What I will say though is the bits of exercise I am doing is giving me a huge boost, like not just mentally but energy wise like afterwards I feel so great."

Fast forward to 2023 and Charlotte has taken the exercise world by storm with her fitness app Blitz N' Burn and is regularly uploading clips from her full-on workouts to social media.
