Charlotte Crosby devastated after family death and says 'life won't be the same'

Charlotte Crosby was devastated following the death of her 'brave, strong' grandmother.

The former Geordie Shore star, 32, took to social media to share the heartbreaking news with her 8.2 million followers.

She uploaded a collection of sweet clips of her nana Jean along with the song Bluebird by Alexis Ffrench.

"My little nana Jean," she began. "Heartbroken doesn’t come close to how I’m feeling. The love of my life and the light of my life.

"From a little girl until now I have adored every inch of you. My brave strong nana. My beautiful nana. You were there when I entered the world and I was there when you took your last breath and left."

Charlotte continued: "I don’t think my world will ever be the same without you. I named my daughter after you for a reason nana I don’t think you will ever truly know how much I loved and adored you and still do.

"So many memories and this video is just a glimpse into them and it’s where I can constantly watch and relive them, it’s where I can come to see you anytime I want what I would give for one more day one more hour with you even.

"I miss you nana I hope to see you again one day because I already yearn to hear you say “hello my darling” when I walk in to see you."

She concluded her post by reminding fans: "Please hold your loved ones tight because life is truly truly precious."

She shares the bundle of joy with her boyfriend Jake Ankers.

And, after taking some time to settle into life as a new mum, the star shared an update on how she's doing as she said the tot had given her a "new meaning to life".

Charlotte posted a black and white photo of her baby daughter's tiny hands resting on her chest on Instagram .

In the caption, she then announced that she and Jake had called their tot Alba. Charlotte penned: "Alba Jean Ankers 14.10.22," followed by a red heart emoji.

She added: "Our hearts are so full my baby girl you have shown us a whole new meaning to life. Your perfect in absolutely every way!

"Mammy and Daddy are so so so lucky to call you our little girl you are loved so much more then you will ever know". [sic]
