Charlotte Church calls David Cameron 'chauvinistic' and says Adele is 'not for me'

She became famous for having the "voice of an angel", but in recent years Charlotte Church has become known for speaking her mind on everything from austerity to climate change.

In her latest interview, the 30-year-old singer and actress has shared her views on three very different public figures: David Cameron, Adele and Kim Kardashian.

Church was unimpressed when she met the Prime Minister through her work with anti-press abuse organisation Hacked Off.

"I found him really unpersonable and a bit chauvinistic. You just get that sense," she told The Telegraph.

She spoke rather more positively about Adele, saying: "I think she's lovely. I think she's got a lovely voice and I think she's done incredibly well."

However, Church also said the multi-million-selling singer is "not for me".

Church recently defended Kim Kardashian for posting a now infamous nude selfie, which the British singer suggested could be "quite a feminist move".

However, Church has now admitted she regrets supporting the US reality star because of her subsequent Twitter spat with Bette Midler.

"I saw the way she treated Bette Midler and I thought 'Why am I defending her?'" Church said.

"No. She's a t**t. I just wanted to retract it. She's f***ing gorgeous, I get it, but she's a tit."
