Charlie Sheen and Denise Richard's daughter claims she was 'trapped in abusive' household

The teenage daughter of Denise Richards and Charlie Sheen has claimed that she was 'trapped in an abusive household' last year.

Sami Sheen, the eldest child of the two actors, made the claims in a viral TikTok video which has since disappeared from the social media platform.

In the emotional clip, the 17-year-old revealed that she was in a better place a year on from allegedly moving out of her mother's 'abusive household'.

Writing over footage of herself looking upset, the teenager confessed: "1 year ago today: trapped in an abusive household, hated myself, would go days without eating or sleeping, insanely depressed, hated school, etc…"

Then, looking happier, she wrote: “now: finally moved out of the hell house, had a spiritual awakening, own 2 cats, happy single, full of self love, and dropped out of high school :).”

Sami is one of two children from Denise's marriage to fellow actor Charlie.

The pair were married from 2002 until 2006 and share daughters Sami, 17 and Lola, 16.

Following her split from the Two and a Half Men star, Denise went on to adopt ten-year-old daughter Eloise.

While Sami didn't reveal in the TikTok clip that she is now living with her father, the 56-year-old actor appeared to confirm his daughter's living situation in a recent statement.

Speaking to Page Six via his representative, Jeff Ballard, the Platoon actor said: “Sam’s amazing. I love her and all my children unconditionally. We’re having a ball. GED here we come!”

GED is the General Educational Development, which are the tests students take as an alternative to the US high school diploma.

A source close to Denise speaking to the same publication claimed that the 17-year-old's TikTok outburst is the result of 'teenage angst'.

“Denise set normal rules that any parent would be setting,” the source said told Page Six.

“She’s a mom and a parent and there are rules. She didn’t want to follow the rules.”

They continued: “Charlie didn’t support implementing Denise’s rules. He has a different way of parenting and Sami decided to live with her dad.”

The insider also added that the James Bond actress loves her daughter and is 'saddened' by the situation.

The Mirror has contacted representatives for Denise Richards for comment.

Earlier this year, the 50-year-old actress wished her eldest daughter a happy birthday, as the teenager turned 17.

"Can't believe my beautiful baby girl is 17!!!!" the James Bond star wrote online in March.

"Time flies by so fast, so amazed the beautiful young woman you've become," she continued.

"I love you so much Sami girl. I'm so proud of you. You're beyond beautiful inside and out and so compassionate. I love you my Sami Happy Birthday."

"Although a part of me would give anything to have those years back when you were little. I cherish those precious moments," Denise concluded.

Sami has appeared on screen with both of her famous parents over the years.

When she was younger, the 17-year-old appeared in an episode of Charlie's sitcom, Two and a Half Men, and more recently, was a part of her mother reality TV endeavours; Denise Richards: It's Complicated and Real Housewives of Beverley Hills.

The young star appeared to comment on her now-deleted TikTok regarding her living situation going viral on Sunday morning.

Posting a new clip to her 76,300 followers, Sami wrote: "thanks to you a**holes this app isn't my safe space anymore."

"i'm so exhausted I feel like I'm going to throw up," she continued.

"i didn't know they were so many monsters hiding behind screens."
