Charles-Jesaja Herrmann 'interesting' Celtic as Wolfsburg’s rising star also attracts Everton

Celtic are reportedly tracking rising Wolfsburg star Charles-Jesaja Herrmann.

The Premiership champions are one of three clubs interested in signing the German youth international, alongside English duo Newcastle and Everton.

Hermann is the son of former Ghana star Charles Akonnor, who also played for Wolfsburg.

The highly-rated forward has a contract until 2022 but is desperate to join a club who will give him first-team football, report  Turkish-Football.

He is yet to make his first team debut for the Bundesliga outfit but has 12 goals in 25 games for the club’s U19s team this season.
