Charles Barkley invited LeBron James to join ‘Inside The NBA’ for playoffs

Although the Los Angeles Lakers and LeBron James won’t be featured this postseason in an upcoming edition of TNT’s Gone Fishin’, at least one member of the Inside The NBA crew is hoping LeBron graces the iconic show with his presence.

NBA legend and longtime TNT studio analyst Charles Barkley, who was down on the Lakers at the beginning of the season, took a little victory lap during last night’s show by extending the invitation for LeBron James to join the crew.

The accomplishment of passing Michael Jordan is the biggest thing going on with LeBron right now, which was acknowledged by the other three members of the studio team. Shaquille O’Neal, who played with LeBron for one season in Cleveland, also could be heard asking LeBron to text him if he wants to join.

LeBron may not want to fly out to Atlanta to be on the show, but it would be one way for him to stay connected to the game and it would probably be amazing TV.
