The families of two siblings killed in a high-speed crash are one step closer to learning whether those charged will plead guilty or fight the allegations.
Johnson Kokozian, 21, remains on remand on charges stemming from the horror smash at Heckenberg, in southwest Sydney, on September 1.
The SUV he was allegedly driving smashed head-on into a car containing siblings Alina Kauffman, 24, and 15-year-old Ernesto Salazar.
Police allege Kokozian fled after crashing the Mercedes-Benz AMG while travelling at nearly double the speed limit for the 50km/h zone.
He faces a range of charges, including two counts of aggravated dangerous driving occasioning death.
His father Kagadour Hanna Kokozian, 62, girlfriend Tiana Savignano, 22, and two other people - Laila Moukhallaletti and Cruz Pamoana Davis-Tuka - have been accused of trying to cover up details of the crash from police.
Lawyers for all five briefly appeared in Campbelltown Local Court on Wednesday alongside family members of the two siblings who died.
Crown prosecutors were granted a four-week adjournment until March 27 after defence lawyers did not oppose the application.
"We're hoping to be able to file charge certificates in all matters on that day," prosecutor Lily Jones said.
The charge certificates will confirm which charges will be pressed against each accused before parties enter into negotiations for any possible plea deals.
Savignano was fined $3500 and put on a good-behaviour bond in January after pleading guilty to unlawfully filming her boyfriend during a bail hearing on the crash charges at Parramatta Local Court.
In the clip, Johnson Kokozian was seen smiling and raising his two middle fingers at his partner, according to court documents.
Savignano has also pleaded not guilty to 31 further driving offences unrelated to the deadly crash, including speeding, drink driving, using a mobile phone while driving and having an unrestrained child in a car.
A hearing for those charges will take place in October.
