Chargers rookie QB Easton Stick invited to NFLPA Rookie Premiere

Chargers rookie quarterback Easton Stick was one of the 40 rookies invited to take part in the 25th annual 2019 NFLPA Rookie Premiere, according to latest official press release.

There, the newest NFL players will learn the business of football and get to meet NFLPA business partners looking to secure endorsement deals with the rookies. During the three-day event, rookies will wear their new NFL uniforms for a photoshoot with Panini America, the NFLPA’s exclusive trading card licensee.

The event offers first-year players their first major business and marketing event following. It’s the first time for many companies to connect directly with the rookies all in one place and build relationships.

The most recent player from the Bolts to be invited to the Rookie Premiere was wide receiver Mike Williams back in 2017.

Stick was selected in the fifth-round of this year’s draft, and he was the only offensive skill position players taken. Based on that, it is no surprise he was the only Charger invited to the event. Usually only offensive skill position players for their team are invited to the event.

Here is the full list of the players attending the event.
