Chargers open up as 16.5-point favorites over Dolphins in Week 4

The Los Angeles Chargers (1-2) are looking to get back on track in Week 4 against the Miami Dolphins (0-3).

Coming off yet another disappointing loss to the Houston Texans (2-1), the Chargers open up as 16.5-point favorites over the Dolphins, per BetMGM.

Once again, the Bolts held their opponent close throughout the majority of the game, but a few blunders forced them to claw their way back. It came down to the final drive but unfortunately, they were unable to pull off the comeback.

Meanwhile, the Dolphins got blown out by the Cowboys by the score of 31-6. Miami kept it close, 10-6 at the half but Dallas ran away with it by putting up 21 additional points in the second half.

The last time the two teams met was in 2017. It was the first game played in Los Angeles, and they suffered defeat, 19-17 on a missed game-winning field goal attempt from 44 yards out.

The Chargers and Dolphins are slated for 10:00 a.m. kickoff at Hard Rock Stadium on Sunday, Sept. 29.
