Chargers DT Justin Jones, Brandon Mebane among 4 ruled out vs. Titans

The Chargers held their final practice on Friday prior to heading to the east coast to face the Titans this weekend.

With that came the last injury report before the matchup:

OUT

Nasir Adderley

Justin Jackson

Justin Jones

Brandon Mebane

DOUBTFUL

Melvin Ingram

QUESTIONABLE

Michael Badgley

The most notable takeaway from the report is that Los Angeles will be without their two starting defensive tackles, Justin Jones and Brandon Mebane. Both players did not practice all week due to shoulder and knee injury respectively.

With Mebane and Jones ruled out for Sunday’s contest, that means that Jerry Tillery and Damion Square will start in place of them. Rookie Cortez Broughton and T.Y. McGill will see the playing field, as well.

Kicker Michael Badgley is listed as questionable, which is a sign that he will likely make his 2019 debut on Sunday. Badgley has been nursing a groin injury since the beginning of this season.
