Chargers’ Derwin James with spectacular pick of Broncos’ Drew Lock

Drew Lock tried to complete a short pass to Kendall Hinton and it turned into a highlight reel interception for the Los Angeles Chargers’ Derwin James.

The Broncos’ quarterback was trying to throw the pass to the one-game quarterback for Denver last year.

Hinton never had a chance to catch it but James makes a lunging grab of the pass and gave Los Angeles a spark it needed down 14-0.

The Chargers took advantage of the pick, driving for a touchdown that came from a Justin Herbert pass to Austin Ekeler late in the second quarter.
