Meanwhile, the Chiefs were in a close one against Falcons, but they ultimately prevailed. Quarterback Patrick Mahomes’ touchdown pass to wide receiver Demarcus Robinson with less than two minutes sealed the victory.
The last time the two teams met, it marked QB Justin Herbert’s first game, in which he took Kansas City to overtime. While the Chargers had a shot to win, the Chiefs came out on top.
