Chargers begin offseason workouts Monday

For the first time in three months, Chargers players will return to Hoag Performance Center Monday for the start of the team’s voluntary offseason program.

While the workouts mostly consist of strength and conditioning, rehabilitation, and diving into the playbook, this is the first time the Bolts will be together since their season ended, finishing 12-4 and making a trip to the playoffs.

The dates for the offseason workouts have been announced already, which include mandatory minicamp, rookie minicamp and organized team activities (OTAs).

Along with L.A., 22 other NFL teams also began their workout programs Monday, as well: Falcons, Ravens, Bills, Panthers, Bears, Cowboys, Lions, Texans, Colts, Jaguars, Chiefs, Rams, Vikings, Patriots, Giants, Raiders, Eagles, Steelers, 49ers, Seahawks, Titans, and Redskins.
