No arrests have been made and investigations are still ongoing.

In a separate incident two men were arrested following a stabbing in Phoenix Park last night at around 11.30 pm.

A man in his 30s was rushed to Connolly Hospital Blanchardstown after he was found with a number of stab wounds. His injuries are believed to be non-life threatening.

A garda spokeswoman said: “Two males were arrested and are currently being detained in Ronanstown Garda Station under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act, 1984.”
