There was chaos on the streets of Malaga days after bars were allowed to reopen.
Revellers out after lockdown measures were eased were seen brawling outside the pubs and restaurants along the popular Paseo de Pedregalejo "strip".
The scuffles happened just 48 hours into phase one of Malaga's coronavirus exit plan.
In clips shared on social media, people can be seen hurling bins and chairs during fights. Others are pictured injured on the floor in the city, around 60 miles east of the Strait of Gibraltar.
More than one dozen drinkers became involved in one scrap, which left a man "wounded" on the ground.
Police were called shortly after midnight to break up the clash which was sparked following row between two groups drinking outside a bar.
But local media says the victim decided against filing a complaint. He did not require hospital treatment.
It is believed officers then attended three further brawls in the area that night.
Residents told local media they also saw people vomiting and urinating on the street.
They claimed they have been using alleyways off the Paseo de Pedregalejo as "toilets" because of restricted access to bar facilities.

Eerie photos taken back in March showed the resort deserted.
It is popular choice of new home for British expats.
However, tourism is worth more than 40 billion Euros to the Spanish economy.
In fact 2017, Spain was the second most visited country in the world, recording 82 million tourists which marked the fifth consecutive year of record-beating numbers.
